FAQ

• What are the prevention measures for COVID? We strictly follow the security protocols required by the government for COVID:
Each apartment is cleaned and sanitized after each stay.
The linen is carefully washed with sanitizing products.

• How many people can stay in the apartment? The maximum number of people varies according to the apartment; please refer to the apartment description.
Guests and freinds can be welcomed for free. Babies can sleep in the crib or with their parents for free.

• Are sheets and towels included? Sheets and towels are not included, the fixed price for towels and sheets is 10 euros per person.
Customers can optionally bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

• Are baby cots and high chairs provided? A cot and / or a high chair are provided free of charge upon request during booking.

• Is WiFi available? The WI-FI connection is free and available in each apartment.

• How far are the apartments from the sea? Our apartments are all close to the sea with a distance from about 25m to 150m.

• Can I bring a pet? A pet is accepted, subject to communication during the booking.
The final cleaning of 45 € is mandatory for those who bring animals.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.

• Is it possible to rent bicycles? Bicycles can be rented by the day and can be rented for € 8 per day or € 50 for the whole week.
The area has many excellent cycling routes including 15 km of cycle paths and many nature trails for mountain biking.

• Is there a gym or spa? No, the apartment complex does not have a gym or spa.
The closest wellness center is the one in Port Grimaud located within the Les Prairies de la Mer campsite.

• Is it possible to include meals? No, it is not possible to add any meals because the apartments do not have a shared bar or restaurant.
The city of Port Grimaud is full of typical bars and restaurants.
Alternatively, in lively Saint Tropez you will surely find the place that's right for you.

• Is air conditioning included? Yes, air conditioning is included in the price of the apartment.

• Is there TV? Yes, all the apartments have a satellite TV for the reception of encrypted programs.

• Is there a laundry? Yes, a laundry is available.

• Is it possible to request extra beds? Yes, we can provide free of charge, and depending on availability, an extra bed or cot for babies, to be requested at the time of booking.

• Is the parking subject to charges? No each apartment has free private parking.

• How far are the apartments from Saint Tropez? The apartments are located approximately 5km from Saint Tropez.

• What are the accepted payment methods? We accept payments by wire transfer, cash and bank checks.

• How far is the beach? Is it paid? The beach can be reached on foot with a comfortable pedestrian passage.
The beach is both free and equipped with sun loungers and parasols for a fee.

• Is a mandatory final cleaning required? A mandatory final cleaning is not required, you can clean the apartment by yourself with the available equipment.
Alternatively we can charge a final cleangin fee of 10 Euro.

• Is a tourist tax required? The tourist tax is included in the price of the apartment.

• Is there a 24-hour reception? The reception is available 24 hours on 24.
For arrivals after 19.00 it is mandatory to contact Stefano or Svetlana by phone at the number +33 (0) 613201003

• At what time is it possible to check-in and check-out? Check-in is possible from 13.00 to 18.00 on the day of arrival while check-out is by 11.00 on the day of departure.
For check-in outside the indicated time please contact us by e-mail.

• May I cancel my reservation? Are there any penalties to pay? It is possible to cancel a reservation without penalty up to three days before arrival.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION

Reservations at Appartements Tropez occur after checking the availability in the category of your choice.
You can check availability online, via chat, phone or at our partners and affiliated agencies.

PAYMENTS
A deposit is not required at the time of booking. Total payment can be made directly on the day of check-in by cash or bank check. Credit cards are not accepted.
For payments by bank transfer it is necessary to make specific arrangements on the modalities so that the payment is credited before arrival.
A credit card is required at the time of booking and is only required to guarantee the reservation. The credit card is not charged. If the apartment is available for the requested period, the reservation is to be considered confirmed.
You will be contacted for further information.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
A cash deposit of 150 € is required at check-in. The deposit will be returned at check-out if the apartment is left as delivered and if there are no damages.
Kindly request payment at check-in which is mandatory for those who did not leave a credit card (Visa traditional, Mastercard) as collateral.
The booking system allows you to request a specific apartment subject to availability, offering alternatives if the desired apartment is not available.
At the end of the booking process the room is to be considered confirmed and accepted as described in the rental proposal.
Afterthought on the spot or beyond the terms, cancellations will not give the right to refunds.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
The check-in can take place from 13.00 because we need time to clean and inspect the apartments.
The owner of the reservation must submit an identity document.

PROCEDURES FOR CHECK-OUT
Procedures for check-out check-out is by 11.00 am on day of departure. This is imperative especially for the high season.
A late check-out (late start) is possible in medium and low season, subject to availability.
After checking out the apartments are inspected.
The deposit is returned immediately after inspection.
Those who leave before our arrival in the apartment must pay the final cleaning of 15 €/p>

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to three days before. Appartements Tropez, its agents and workers are not held responsible for accidents, damage, theft or loss of personal belongings of the customer.
